Why did you decide to continue your athletic career?

I decided to continue my athletic career for a few reasons: for one, running is one of the best things I can do for my health, as I struggle with 2 autoimmune diseases. And two, after running this year and making so many friends and memories, I wanted to continue doing that through college because it was so much fun.

Why did you choose this college?

I chose Edinboro because they have so many opportunities available, and have wanted to continue my artistic career through them since my freshman year.

I love sports, they mean everything to me and I’ve been playing them my whole life. There is no way I’d be able to just give them up like that.

I’ve heard many good things about the school and athletic programs. It was also far enough away from home that I could go and do my own thing and come back home if I needed to.

I am very excited to continue playing the sport I fell in love with at the age of 3. I have always had the dream of playing in college.

I chose this college because it is a beautiful place, with a wonderful Women’s soccer team filled with coaches and players who care about more than the sport. I found an amazing group of 30 girls that I will be able to call family and I am so excited for what’s to come.

Thinking about my senior year being my last year of softball was very emotional to me. I played baseball from age 5-12 and started softball immediately after.

I choose this college one since it is closer to home and I still am able to see my family when I want or need to. I also choose this school mainly for the team and school environment. It is a very family oriented place which makes me love it so much more than many other schools.
