People from Bellefonte Area High School were able to attend this once in a lifetime atmosphere and opportunity. Some of the people who have attended include senior Sadie Thomas, junior Anna Dello-Stritto, and freshman Claire Brownson.
Claire Brownson described the atmosphere as “a big group of friends that you’ve known forever.”
“Everyone attending was always so sweet and trading friendship bracelets before was something that really connects us all together,” she said.
Tickets for the Eras Tour within the United States are priced between $49 to $449 with VIP packages ranging from $199 to $899. Sadie, Anna, and Claire all stated that the price of the tickets were definitely worth it. It is something that you may never get to experience ever again.
Anna is a huge fan of Taylor Swift. She is what fans call a Swiftie, which means she knows all of Taylor Swift’s songs inside and out. She is someone that would pay however much money to see Taylor sing her songs live.
“This was the best experience I have ever had. There was just an overwhelming feeling of nostalgia and excitement the entire night,” Anna said.
Taylor Swift is someone that doesn’t do her music and concerts for herself, the money, or fame. She does it all for her fans and makes them feel like a family and that they can be something more.
Sadie Thomas said her concert was the best day of her life.
“The whole three and a half hours of the show she is dancing and singing her heart out. She puts on a great show for her fans,” Sadie said.
Not only was the performance from Taylor Swift good but Claire loved everything about everyone’s outfits and how unique they all were.
“Another thing I enjoyed about the Eras Tour is the fact that everyone there was dressed up. People had lyrics on their arms, glitter all over their outfits, hearts around their eyes, and much more,” Claire said.
Normally when you ask some people what they think of Taylor Swift, they will say she just cares about love, relationships and potentially herself, but based on these ladies’ responses you can tell she is much more than that.
Taylor Swift and her tour lived up to not only these young ladies expectations but as well the 3.5 million others.
She has left a mark on many people’s lives and will continue to be in their memories for years to come.
