This is my first year on the newspaper staff. I joined the staff to take up my interest in writing. I hate writing essays in my other classes, but this class allows me to write what I want to write about. I may potentially pursue Journalism past graduation, doing it as a career. I don’t graduate for another three years, so that could definitely change. I can write about any different topics on the website/newspaper; I am not picky about it. Every class I have been in forced a certain structure to meet their needs, and this class is a great change of pace. I am excited to be joining the staff.
