As the weather begins to warm up, artists find themselves full of more creativity. The beautiful change of seasons and summer fastly approaching spark excitement in many, one person being Bellefonte High senior, Raven Harter.
Raven recalls one of her favorite pursuits in her life and how it has driven her forward in life.
“A hobby that I am really passionate about is art. I have been doing art in some form for as long as I can remember and have always adored it. When I was little, art class was always the best part of my day, and even when I wasn’t in the class, I was drawing.,” Raven said.
With such an innovative mind, Raven Harter uses that imagination throughout various clubs to not only create, but to also bring others closer together throughout various clubs and extracurricular activities.
“I am involved in Choir, Chorale, Drama Club, and Raider Revolution. I love arts of all kinds, including the performing arts! I love seeing how it brings people together and how it lets people express themselves in different ways,” Raven said.
Bellefonte High art teacher, Mrs. Erin Welsh, recollects her favorite highlights about Raven’s astonishing personality.
“Raven Harter is a focused and super-hard working art student who also has an amazing creative sense and great attention to detail. She is also kind-hearted and inclusive of her classmates, which is such an admirable quality in a student. Her presence will be missed in the halls of BAHS,” Mrs. Welsh said.
With such amazing artistic talents and a bright personality, Raven Harter truly has an amazing future ahead of her.
